I have been a part of Momentum for almost two years, and working at Momentum Energy Services has been a unique opportunity to be part of a team that actively contributes to renewable energy. Every day I am surrounded by colleagues who share a common passion and vision to make the world greener.
It’s an exciting industry and it’s great to be part of a company that has experienced significant growth in recent years. As the Scheduled Planner for the annual service inspections of the wind turbines, I really enjoy the responsibility that comes with ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
It is both challenging and motivating to coordinate and plan maintenance activities so that we can minimize downtime and maximize the efficiency of the wind turbines. I appreciate how our work contributes to keeping the turbines in top shape and supports the sustainable energy transition.

Unscheduled Planner
I started my journey at Momentum Energy Services in January 2020 and have been with the service company since the very beginning. In my work as an unscheduled planner, I plan ad hoc tasks for our growing portfolio of wind turbines. I provide daily support to our technicians, find solutions for critical components, prepare quotes for repairs, and advise both internal and external turbine owners on the optimal operation of their turbines.
My work is exciting as it requires quick problem solving and the ability to handle unforeseen challenges, which makes every day unique and challenging. It is particularly meaningful to be part of a company that focuses on component recycling and through innovative solutions ensures that older turbines can continue their operation for many years to come.
Head of Business Development
In my position as Business Developer, I get the opportunity to work with the company’s overall strategy and develop plans for growth and improvement. This involves identifying new market opportunities, analyzing competitors and developing strategies to strengthen our position in the market.
I typically have interdisciplinary collaboration between different fields, which gives me insight into the different aspects of the business and how they can be optimized to achieve our goals.
It is at times challenging, but particularly interesting to be part of the growth journey that Momentum is experiencing these years. There is constant movement in the industry – creating new potential business areas for the company. This dynamic requires us to constantly adapt and be innovative in our approach, which makes the work both exciting and rewarding.
